When the statement is ready, an e-mail is sent notifying you that your e-statement is available through your Community Bank Online Banking account.

However, you can save your statements on your computer for long-time access. To request electronic delivery, simply choose one of these three options:
- Contact the bank. Please include your name, phone number, and email address. (Please DO NOT send account numbers via email).
- Use the SECURE MESSAGE feature within the digital banking application. Please include your name, phone number, email address, and include the account number(s) you would like to receive electronically.
- Call us at 712-643-5442 or stop by any of our branches during normal business hours.
