E-statement is a shortened word for electronic bank statements. An electronic bank statement (e-statement) contains everything that’d you see in a mailed account statement. When the statement is ready, an e-mail is sent notifying you that your e-statement is available through your Community Bank Online Banking account.

E-statement delivery allows you to receive your account information quickly and securely.  Your statements are available on-line for 24 months.  However, you can save your statements on your computer for long-time access.  This convenient delivery method expedites statement delivery, eliminates the hassle of storing any paper statements, and provides you with a convenient, secure storage system.  It also helps the environment by reducing paper usage.  Go Green! To request electronic delivery, simply choose one of these three options:

  1. Contact the bank. Please include your name, phone number, and email address. (Please DO NOT send account numbers via email).
  1. Use the SECURE MESSAGE feature within the digital banking application.  Please include your name, phone number,  email address, and include the account number(s) you would like to receive electronically.
  1. Call us at 712-643-5442 or stop by any of our branches during normal business hours.
